Our show “Jack’s Big Music Show” on Nick Jr has been a perennial favorite among children and parents for over five years and has earned its place as one of the most influential shows in the timeline of Children’s Music history, alongside Pete Seeger, Ella Jenkins, and Laurie Berkner.  Musicians and actors who have graced Jack’s musical clubhouse with momentous appearances include Dan Zanes, Blues legend Buddy Guy, Andrew Bird, Jon Stewart and Cheryl Hines of “Curb Your Enthusiasm”.

The acclaimed series “Bunnytown” for Playhouse Disney is regularly seen in over 40 countries around the globe. Our Parent’s Choice Award-winning “Curious Buddies” brand of DVDs is considered by network executives to be the gold standard in preschool education and developmental curriculum. Spiffy has also been recognized for the prestigious International Prix Jeunesse Award for Excellence in Children’s Television. David Rudman

In addition to performing the lead character of Jack in “Jack’s Big Music Show,” David has storyboarded and directed every episode of the show’s two seasons, as well as the first season of “Bunnytown”. As a puppeteer, he was recently nominated for an Emmy Award for Outstanding Performer in a Children’s Series for his work on “Sesame Street” as Baby Bear and Cookie Monster. 2011 marks David’s twenty-second year as a regular cast member on “Sesame Street”. David has performed on numerous television shows and specials, from “The Colbert Report” to “Saturday Night Live.” In film he has performed in the “Muppets Take Manhattan”, “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles”, “The Muppet Christmas Carol”, “Labyrynth” and “Elmo in Grouchland.”

Adam Rudman

Adam is a six-time Emmy Award-winning writer for “Sesame Street” (PBS), “Cyberchase” (PBS), “Handy Manny” (Disney), “Sid The Science Kid” (PBS) and “Jungle Junction” (Disney). Adam was Head Writer on “Jack’s Big Music Show”, “Bunnytown” and “Curious Buddies”, and currently is Head Writer for “The Nerdel Show”. Adam wrote the touring Sesame Street live show “Elmo’s Green Thumb” and is the author of the first Cyberchase book for Scholastic, “The Search for the Power Orb”. He is the writer and producer for the award-winning short film “Notes”, starring Blues legend Clarence “Gatemouth” Brown.

Todd Hannert

Todd adds his imaginative touch to Spiffy Pictures with a diverse background as a designer, writer and musician in television and film. As Music Director for Spiffy Pictures, he has written the lyrics and music for all of Nick Jr.’s Curious Buddies video titles, “Jack’s Big Music Show”, “Bunnytown” and “The Nerdel Show”. Todd has also written and produced numerous short films for Sesame Street. His children’s book, which he wrote and illustrated, “Morning Dance”, is published by Chronicle Books in San Francisco.
